Al Ahly sign midfielder Talal Ali on a one-season deal from Al Markhiya

Al Ahli Club announced today the signing of Talal Ali on a one-season contract from Al Markhiya FC.

The club said in a statement that the player signed a contract to join Al-Ahly, as part of the management’s efforts to strengthen the squad with distinguished local elements capable of supporting the team technically in preparation for the next season’s competitions at the local and continental levels.

Al-Ahli has added Frenchman Ibrahim Diallo, who has previous experience with Al-Duhail and Al-Khor, along with Sohaib Janan from Al-Duhail, Othman Al-Yahri from Umm Salal, and Khalid Radwan from Al-Khor.

Al Ahli is preparing for next season’s competitions by holding a preparatory camp in the Netherlands from July 15 to August 3, after finishing the Qatar Football League last season in fourth place, a position that qualifies them to participate in the AFC Champions League 2.
