Al Shamal signs Abdessamad Bounasser

Al-Shamal Sports Club announced the signing of Algerian player Abdessamad Bounasser from Al-Sadd Club for one season on loan, as part of the club’s efforts to strengthen the ranks of the first team in preparation for the new football season.

Bounasser is considered one of the most promising elements, as he possesses distinctive technical abilities and good experience gained from playing in the ranks of Al-Zaim, and Al-Shamal hopes that he will be a strong addition to the team in the competition in the Qatar Stars League.

Al Shamal also announced the signing of defender Abdulrahman Rashid from Al Wakra.

The club said in a statement that it has signed Abdulrahman Rashid on a one-season loan deal, expressing hope that he will add to the team during the new season.

Al-Shamal signed a number of players during the current summer transfer window, including Egyptian professional Akram Tawfiq from Al-Ahly and Spaniard Alex Collado from Real Betis.

Al Shamal, who finished last season in sixth place in the Qatar League with 32 points, will be looking to achieve better results in the upcoming season and compete for advanced positions thanks to the new reinforcements.
