Emirati artist Hussein Al Jassmi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Goodwill, launched the first release of his new album “HJ2025”, revealing an ambitious musical plan to release two new songs every week throughout the summer season, in a renewed artistic experience that tells various stories of sensation and word.
The first of the tales: “O breeze, blow your grandparents”
The first work is titled “Ya Naseem Hob Jadwakum,” a poem sung by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, composed by Yasser Bou Ali, and distributed by Essam Al Sharaiti. The song is highly poetic, pulsating with nostalgia and emotion, and emphasizes a deep respect for the traditional word in a contemporary musical form.
The second in Egyptian dialect: “Mestnik”
The second song, “Mistnick,” is an emotional work in the Egyptian dialect, written by Tamer Hussein, composed by Hussein Al Jasmi, and distributed by Madi. The song carries feelings of longing and waiting, and expresses in a sincere musical language the details of nostalgia:
“Lonely me, my love, lonely me…..”
Engineer Jassim Mohammed handled the mixing and mastering of both works, presenting them with high sound quality, keeping pace with the technological development in music production.
Dramatized clip
The song “Mistnick” received a distinctive music video, co-starring Mohamed Farragand Basant Shawky, and directed by Hisham Gamal‘s Rosnama. The acting performances and the dramatic script added an impressive visual dimension that made the work all the more appealing.
Wide view and continuous release
The two songs were released on Hussein Al Jassmi ‘s official YouTube channel, in addition to being broadcast on all GCC and Arabic radio stations and digital music platforms, as part of a professional launch plan that relies on the latest technologies in publishing and distribution.
This summer, Al Jassmi will continue to present two new “Hikaytin” albums every week, with the next release scheduled for July 23,as part of an integrated musical project that showcases Al Jassmi’s artistic diversity that combines originality and innovation.
